02Standard operating points
The key numbers stay consistent.
The accepted proposal remains the project-specific source for scope, payment stages and delivery details. These standard values apply unless a written agreement states otherwise where permitted.
Quotations are normally valid for 7 days.
Two grouped revision rounds are included within approved scope.
Standard included support lasts 30 days, with a 48-hour acknowledgement target.
Required-response inactivity may pause at 14 days and close after 30 days following written notice.
