NDev Studios is a solo independent development studio run by Nathan, with client communication, technical delivery and post-delivery support handled directly rather than passed between separate teams.
02The developer
One person stays accountable from enquiry to support.
Clients communicate directly with the person responsible for planning, development, review, testing and support. Requirements do not move through a separate sales team, and technical decisions stay connected to the original brief.

03AI-assisted development
AI-assisted development.
Human-owned responsibility.
AI tools may support research, implementation and review, but generated output is not treated as a finished product by default. Technical decisions, validation and responsibility for the delivered commission remain with NDev Studios.
Build
AI may accelerate repetitive implementation work while project-specific logic is developed around the approved requirements.
Review
Generated or assisted work is reviewed, adjusted and verified before it becomes part of the delivered system.
Test
The completed system is tested against the approved requirements in controlled environments before client review.
04Customer ownership
The agreed completed product is handed over after final payment.
Delivery can include source code, compiled files, configuration templates, documentation and setup material where agreed. NDev Studios may retain general knowledge and independently developed reusable components, but client branding, private data, credentials, confidential information and client-specific assets are not reused without permission.
05Private commissions
Confidentiality does not carry an automatic extra charge.
Commissions are not automatically added to a portfolio. Branding, screenshots or project details are only published where NDev Studios and the client have explicitly agreed to that use.
