Yes. Enquiries can be reviewed and commissions can be accepted subject to scope, capacity and suitability. Development begins only after the written proposal is accepted and the required payment has cleared.

Every commission is quoted individually in GBP. Pricing considers the approved scope, complexity, development time, testing, documentation, revisions, support requirements, direct third-party costs and project risk.

A written quotation is normally valid for seven days unless the proposal states otherwise. An invoice has its own payment date where one is specified.

Up to two grouped revision rounds are included for changes that remain within the approved scope. Additional rounds or expanded requirements may need a separate quotation.

No. A covered fault where the delivered product does not operate according to the approved specification is treated as a bug rather than a revision.

A new feature, major redesign or other requirement outside the accepted scope is treated as additional work and must be agreed before that work begins.

Yes, but a parent or legal guardian must give permission, accept the applicable terms and make payment. Development and payment will not proceed without that adult involvement.

Not currently. Completed projects are normally client-hosted, and domains, licences and third-party accounts should normally remain owned by the client.

Yes. After cleared final payment, the client receives the agreed completed product and the deliverables listed in the proposal. Reusable internal systems, infrastructure secrets or general-purpose components that were not part of the agreed deliverables may be excluded.

Standard included support lasts 30 days. It begins when the delivered project is received, tested and activated, or automatically seven days after delivery if activation is not confirmed.

Support for the affected area may be limited or excluded where untracked changes prevent NDev Studios from verifying the original implementation. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

NDev Studios aims to acknowledge a covered support request within 48 hours. This is an acknowledgement target, not a guaranteed resolution time.

Not unless the accepted proposal says they are. Domains, external hosting, paid licences, premium plugins, APIs, subscriptions, hardware and other third-party services are normally purchased and owned by the client.

Yes. Commissions are not automatically published. Portfolio use requires explicit agreement, and confidentiality does not carry an automatic extra charge.

NDev Premium is a central account entitlement used by supported NDev products. A base plan includes one assignable Premium server slot, so eligible products on that assigned server can recognise the same Premium entitlement.

Yes. The public NDev Premium page shows current pricing, Free versus Premium information and server-slot add-ons. Payment is completed only from the Account page.

No. A base Lifetime plan includes one server slot. Additional +1, +3 and +5 server-slot packages are separate recurring add-ons.
