1. Standard support period
The standard included support period is 30 days. It begins when the client confirms that the delivered project has been received, tested and activated.
2. Automatic activation deadline
When the client does not confirm activation, the support period begins automatically seven days after delivery so the project cannot remain in an indefinite pre-support state.
3. Covered issues
Included support covers faults in the delivered work that prevent it from operating according to the accepted specification in the agreed environment.
4. Excluded work
Included support does not automatically cover new features, new revision requests, external platform changes, unsupported environments, third-party outages or damage caused by misuse.
5. Client or third-party modifications
When the client or another developer alters the delivered code or configuration, included support for the affected product ends. NDev Studios cannot reliably diagnose a system after untracked changes have been introduced.
6. Response target
NDev Studios aims to acknowledge a valid support request within 48 hours. This is a response target and does not guarantee that every issue will be resolved within 48 hours.
7. Backups
A backup ZIP may be retained throughout the support period and for seven additional days. After that, it is deleted unless the client permits continued retention for reference or future work.
8. Extended support
Support extensions, updates and work requested after the included period are quoted separately. Payment does not guarantee that every third-party change can be supported indefinitely.
