1. Current status
This is a pre-launch privacy draft. A dedicated business email, final business contact information and confirmed service-provider details will be added before paid commissions formally open.
2. Information expected to be collected
Depending on the enquiry or commission, NDev Studios may process Discord usernames and IDs, names, contact details, project requirements, communication history, payment and invoice references, technical access details and support records.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to review enquiries, prepare proposals, communicate about development, issue invoices, deliver and support projects, prevent abuse and maintain required business records.
4. Stripe and Discord
Stripe will process payment and billing information under its own privacy terms. Discord will process communications and account information under its own terms. Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information through project channels.
5. Credentials and technical access
Credentials are requested only when necessary for development, deployment or support. Clients should provide limited-access credentials where possible and replace them after handover.
6. Retention
Customer-specific project backups are retained through the support period and for seven additional days unless continued retention is agreed. Invoice and business records may be kept for periods required by tax, accounting or legal obligations.
7. Portfolio and reference use
A project is not displayed publicly without explicit agreement. Private customer content, branding and customer-specific files are not reused without permission.
8. Website data
The website does not currently provide an enquiry form. Basic server, security or content-delivery logs may still be created by the hosting infrastructure. Any non-essential analytics or cookies would require a separate disclosure and, where required, consent.
9. Questions and rights
Before a dedicated business email is published, privacy questions may be raised through the official NDev Studios Discord server. The final notice will explain applicable data rights and how to exercise them.
