1. Individual quotation
NDev Studios does not publish fixed commission prices. Each proposal is priced individually according to scope, complexity, estimated time, testing, delivery requirements and optional services.
2. Currency and invoice method
Prices are quoted in GBP. After launch, payments are intended to be collected through itemised Stripe invoices issued to the client or, for an under-18 client, their parent or guardian.
3. Validity and payment stages
A quotation or invoice normally remains valid for seven days unless stated otherwise. The proposal defines the initial payment, any milestones and the final balance. No fixed deposit percentage applies to every project.
4. Before development starts
When a client cancels before any development has begun, payments already received for that commission are refunded in full.
5. After development starts
When a client cancels after work begins, NDev Studios may retain a fair amount of the initial payment to cover work already performed, committed time and direct losses caused by cancellation. Any unearned amount will be refunded. The calculation should be explained to the client.
6. Early work and consumer cancellation rights
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, the client will receive the required information before payment. NDev Studios will not begin work during an applicable cancellation period unless the client expressly requests early performance and acknowledges any lawful payment consequences.
7. Cancellation by NDev Studios
NDev Studios may pause or cancel work for serious reasons including abuse, prohibited content, non-payment, missing cooperation or an unworkable project. When cancellation is not caused by the client, unearned payments will be refunded.
8. Final payment and delivery
The final balance becomes due after client approval and before final delivery or production deployment, unless the proposal states a different milestone arrangement.
9. Third-party costs
Domains, external hosting, paid licences, premium plugins and other third-party services are purchased and owned by the client unless the proposal explicitly includes them.
