1. General standard
NDev Studios accepts only lawful, safe and platform-compliant work. An enquiry may be refused whenever the purpose, requested implementation or expected use creates a legal, ethical, security or platform-compliance concern.
2. Prohibited categories
NDev Studios will not develop commissions involving:
- NSFW, sexually explicit or exploitative content.
- Gambling, betting or casino systems.
- Cryptocurrency schemes, financial manipulation or deceptive investment systems.
- Malware, spyware, credential theft, unauthorised surveillance or destructive code.
- Cheats, exploits, ban evasion or systems intended to abuse a game or platform.
- Mass unsolicited messaging, spam or abusive account automation.
- Systems that impersonate users or violate Discord, Minecraft or another platform’s rules.
- Illegal, deceptive, discriminatory or intentionally harmful content or functionality.
3. Information discovered later
NDev Studios may suspend or cancel a commission when prohibited use is discovered after acceptance. Payment consequences will be assessed fairly according to work completed, the reason for cancellation and applicable rights.
4. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for using the delivered product lawfully and for maintaining any required platform permissions, licences and third-party accounts.
